Summary of the Marvel Snap November 9, 2023 OTA Balance Update
**Mobius M. Mobius** has been changed back to his original functionality, but his cost has been increased from 2 to 3. This change is meant to make Mobius more comparable to Cosmo, another card that can counter On Reveal effects.
**Doctor Strange** has been changed from a 3/3 to a 2/3. This change is meant to make Doctor Strange a bit less powerful in the early game, but still useful as a way to move your highest-Power cards to a key location.
**Shang-Chi** will now only destroy enemy cards at his location that have 10 or more Power, instead of 9 or more Power. This change is meant to make Shang-Chi a bit less powerful and to give other cards more room to grow.
**Monster** has been changed from a 6/9 to a 6/10. This change is meant to keep Monster in Shang-Chi’s range.
**She-Hulk** has been changed from a 6/9 to a 6/10. This change is meant to revert a previous nerf and to make She-Hulk more competitive.
**Warpath** has been changed from receiving +4 Power to +5 Power when one of your locations is empty. This change is meant to make Warpath a bit more powerful and to make him a better counter to Shang-Chi.
**Jessica Jones** has been changed from a 4/4 to a 4/5. This change is meant to make Jessica Jones a bit more powerful.
**Strong Guy** has been changed from a 4/4 to a 3/3. This change is meant to move Strong Guy out of Shang-Chi’s range and to make him a better complement to his supporting cast.
**OTA Schedule Changes**
There will be no OTAs on 11/23 or 1/4. The 12/7 and 12/21 OTAs are still tentatively scheduled.
**Overall, this OTA is meant to make the game more balanced and to give more cards a chance to shine.**
