Brace yourselves, Pokémon trainers! Hisuian Samurott, a formidable Water-type Pokémon, is making a special appearance in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet black crystal Tera Raid Battles. This event will take place in two phases:

Hisuian Samurott Phase 1:

Start: November 23, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. PST
End: November 26, 2023, at 3:59 p.m. PST

Hisuian Samurott Phase 1:

Start: November 30, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. PST
End: December 3, 2023, at 3:59 p.m. PST

Hisuian Samurott Is Next 7-Star Tera Raid Battle / PowerUp Gamer

During this event, you’ll have the chance to encounter and capture Hisuian Samurott, a Pokémon not normally found in the Paldea region. This special Hisuian Samurott comes with the Water Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark, a testament to its strength.

To participate in these Tera Raid Battles, you’ll need to have downloaded the latest Poké Portal News. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Select Poké Portal from the X menu.
2. Choose Mystery Gift.
3. Select Check Poké Portal News.
4. Once you’ve completed this step, you’ll be able to spot sparkling pillars of light emanating from Tera Raid crystals. Approach these crystals and interact with them to initiate a Tera Raid
5. Battle with a Tera Pokémon.

To challenge Hisuian Samurott in black crystal Tera Raid battles, you’ll need to meet one of two requirements:

A. Complete the postgame events that follow the main story in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet.
B. Join a 7-star Tera Raid Battle hosted by a Trainer who has completed the postgame events.

Note that you can only capture Hisuian Samurott once per save data. However, you can still participate in Tera Raid Battles against this Pokémon even after capturing it to earn valuable rewards, such as:

* Exp. Candy for leveling up your Pokémon
* Treasures that can be sold at Pokémon Centers
* Items for enhancing your Pokémon’s stats
* Water Tera Shards for modifying your Pokémon’s Tera Type
